Project Description

The Collegiate Recovery Community is a support network for MSU students recovering from addiction. The organization works to provide meaningful sober social experiences for students to help them in recovery. The CRC's end of the school year picnic is April 13 and organizers need help cleaning up the picnic area at the conclusion of the event. The picnic is at Patriarche Park in East Lansing. Two volunteers are needed to help put away grills, tents, tables, games and food stations. The only heavy lifting may be carrying coolers. In addition to needing volunteers, organizers are accepting donations of bottled water, soda, personal-sized bags of chips and individually snack foods. Individuals interested in contributing supplies can contact Dawn Kepler directly at dawn.kepler@hc.msu.edu
