Project Description

One of the many services that the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House provides for the families is donated meals and food. The baked goods provide the families with a delicious snack, but it also creates an opportunity for families to interact with one another, share their stories, and learn from people who are in similar situations. We will prepare things that will freeze well, for example, one or two dozen brownies, cookies, muffins, and 3 or 4 coffee cakes, quick breads. Cakes and cupcakes do not freeze well when they are iced. We will avoid using anything that contains nuts due to allergies.
