Project Description

In honor of Black History Month, the Detroit Spartans will be volunteering at Gleaners Community Food Bank. We welcome any alums that are interested to join us! For your safety, volunteers are required to wear sturdy shoes with closed toes and closed heels, such as athletic shoes or boots. Volunteers age 16 and 17 must have a permission slip signed by a parent or guardian in order to volunteer without being accompanied by a responsible adult. Volunteers under age 10 are not permitted at the warehouse. volunteer shifts. This opportunity is coordinated in partnership with the Spartans Will. SERVE campus committee. You will be serving with current MSU students. Students interested in volunteering need to register through the student portal.
