Join the TART - Traverse Area Recreational Trail community volunteers throughout the year.

Both before and following our annual TART Grand Traverse Spartans "Go Green!" spring clean up Saturday morning, April 19, 2025, beginning at 10:00am. MSU alumni and friends will be gathering at Medalie Park, Traverse City, at the south end of the Boardman Lake Trail.
Spartan alumni, friends, families and students are invited to become "Go Green" TART community volunteers at anytime throughout the year!

About TART - Traverse Area Recreational Trails
Each year in April, TART Trails hosts a Spartan volunteer work team along the South Boardman Lake trail, in Medalie Park at W South Airport Road: Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 10:00 am – noon. It’s the perfect opportunity to get out and enjoy springtime on the trails and help us get them ready for the summer season ahead.
Sign up solo or grab your Spartan alumni, friends, family members, and fellow students for a feel good morning along this in-town lakeside trail. If you have light tools, feel free to bring them along with anything else you think may be useful.
