Spartans, we hear your desire to be helpful to our students, faculty, staff, and campus as we grieve and move forward from the devastating events of February 13. Thank you.
Your urgency is understood. Your patience is requested. The outpouring of support is appreciated; however, the enormity of the gestures is overwhelming. As our students, employees, and campus community recover from the harm and reimagine the remainder of this academic year, the MSU Alumni Office believes the greatest gifts alumni and friends can provide right now are peace and space to heal.
As engaged experts address our campus’ immediate needs, you can best help us and our beloved MSU by completing this survey and indicating your involvement preferences. The MSU Alumni Office will review and categorize responses for future planning purposes and to identify interested Spartans - alumni, faculty, staff, students, parents and friends - to contact with requests for help as they occur. The intention of this survey is to create space for those directly affected to heal within their established circles, while threading together a network of Spartans who stand ready to address their needs in the months and years to come. It is difficult to predict the myriad of ways this tragedy will affect Spartans and Michigan State University and we greatly appreciate your understanding of this request.
