The Student Parent Resource Center offers a supportive environment to obtain information and resources for ALL student parents, caregivers and their families on or off campus. Their staff combines expertise and experience in college course instruction, academic advising, and referrals to community resources for a variety of services.

The Spartan Food Security Council fights food insecurity on Michigan State's campus and in the East Lansing community. As a student lead organization, they work to advocate for legislative changes to support students facing food insecurity and operate their own food bank in Case Hall to make food more accessible.

About Spartan Food Security Council

The SFSC is dedicated to ending hunger on Michigan State's campus and in the greater East Lansing community. They continue to advocate for legislative changes to support college students including establishing food pantries, expanding SNAP benefits available to students, and implementing a Swipe Out Hunger program. Additionally, they operate the James Madison College Student Food Bank and hope to add more free food pantries across campus to reduce barriers in accessing food and reduce the stigma of food insecurity.?
