Valentine's Bingo @ St. Jude Center

Project Description

DFW Spartans will host a bingo at our St. Jude Center-Vantage Point located at 9019 Vantage Point Dr, Dallas, TX 75243.  St. Jude Centers provide permanent supportive housing to formerly homeless individuals. While living at the center, residents receive wrap around case management services to help connect with resources in the community. They rely on volunteers to help provide fellowship with the residents who may experience isolation. Fellowship offers an opportunity to build connections, share experiences, and foster a sense of community.

Valentine's themed Bingo on Friday February 14 at 1:30 p.m.

St. Jude Center Forest houses formerly homeless individuals aged 55 and up. This multi-phased homelessness and housing project is a collaborative effort between Catholic Charities, Catholic Housing Initiative (CHI), Metrocare, Housing Forward, and more.

Event Support Volunteer:

As an  Event Support Volunteer, you will have the fun and wonderful opportunity to plan events for our senior residents! Events that you will aid in event support for evens such as monthly birthday parties, Bingo nights, movie nights, and upcoming holiday parties. As an event support volunteer, our staff will assign you tasks that may include event set up, food distribution, game host or event tear down. This event is hosting a Valentines themed Bingo on Friday February 14^th at 1:30pm.
