Project Description

HALO Animal Rescue is a safety net for thousands of homeless dogs and cats each year.  We never euthanize an animal to make room for others.  We pride ourselves in providing each of our animals with the love and nurturing we give to our own pets at home.  Every animal receives all the veterinary care they need to set them and their new families up for success.  It is a driving force to make this community a safe place for homeless pets.  For this activity you will be involved with:

  1. Morning Cleaning and Animal Care: Help maintain a clean and safe environment for our animals and ensure their spaces/kennels are tidy.
  2. Walking Dogs: Spend quality time with dogs and socialize with them.  Socialization reduces their stress and make them more adoptable.
  3. Laundry and Dishes: Keep our supplies clean and ready for use.

About Halo Animal Rescue

Helping Animals Live On through increased adoption, sterilization and pet care education.

HALO is an acronym that stands for Helping Animals Live On. It is a succinct, four-word description of why this organization was formed.   It is the reason every one of us at HALO puts two feet on the ground each day.  It is a passion that goes beyond just loving dogs and cats.  It is a driving force in our lives; to make this community, this world, a safe place for homeless pets.
