MSUAO-UA Staff Only | Spring 2026 Graduation Photos @ The Spartan Statue
Project Description
Each year as a small token of our appreciation, we offer new graduates and their families the opportunity to have complimentary professional photos taken at The Spartan Statue. We need 3 volunteers per day to staff our Alumni Office table and assist photographer Dane Robison throughout commencement weekend.
Volunteers will register attendees, congratulate our new graduates and their families, pass out refreshments, and distribute Alumni Office information. This is a wonderful opportunity to congratulate and meet the new members of our alumni family.
This posting is for all 3 days. Please select the "Shift/Day" below that you would like to volunteer.
Shift 1 | Friday, May 1: 11::45am-2:30pm
Shift 2 | Friday, May 1: 2:30-5pm
Shift 3 | Saturday, May 2: 11:45am-2pm
Shift 4 | Saturday, May 2: 2pm-4pm
Shift 5 | Sunday. May 3: 9:45am-12pm
Shift 6 | Sunday, May 3: 12-2pm
Each early shift will assist with set up, while the second shift will assist with packing up and storing materials for the next day.
