Project Description
Volunteers are needed to be proprietors of a merchant station for a budget simulation for teens through MSU Extension 4-H. There are 10 different merchants “selling” products or services. Volunteers will receive directions for their role and the options that youth participants will select at their “shop.” Volunteers do not have to be an expert in any particular occupation but, if you have experience with a certain category, please reach out to share (finance, realty, cars, food, retail, etc.) The most important quality that volunteers can bring to the table is to stay in the role of salesperson and avoid solving the students’ problems. This is a fun and simple volunteer role!!Community Partner -
