Ann Arbor Spartans - Volunteering for Avalon Housing's Summer BBQ

Project Description

Support Avalon Housing for their 2026 Staff Summer BBQ! The BBQ will be hosted from 1-4pm on July 15th and will be located at Island Park (1420 Island Dr, Ann Arbor, MI 48105). We are seeking around 5 volunteers to help coordinate lawn games and chaperone the younger attendees. We are also looking for a professional face painter, should you know anyone in your network. 

Volunteers must be a minimum of 15 years old with an adult chaperone if under 18 years old. Volunteers may need to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Please complete the Avalon Housing Volunteer form, here: https://bit.ly/AvalonServiceDayAgreement
