Project Description

Volunteers are needed for an educational money management simulation. Students ages 11-19 participate in the activity as a hands-on way to learn about money management. Volunteers serve as proprietors of a merchant station, “selling” products or services and will receive directions for their role and the options that youth participants will select at their “shop.” Volunteers do not have to be an expert in any particular occupation. The most important quality they can bring is to stay in the role of salesperson and avoid solving the students’ problems.
