Project Description
DUTIES: Fall clean-up at community gardens, fall planting for winter crops, havesting current crops, and garden maintenance.
ABOUT: SLCDA is about providing needed resources to residents of South Lansing. One program we provide is our South Lansing Urban Garden (SLUG) community gardens. We focus on education and access to healthy food. Our garden production is donated to food pantries, soup kitchens, and to individuals who are hungry.
