Project Description

Join the Detroit Spartans in supporting a former Spartan and a wonderful cause! The 3rd annual Boxing for Gifts is set to raise $15,000 in order to give 60 children a Christmas shopping spree. The event combines boxing, food trucks, and a DJ for a wonderful cause. Volunteers will be assisting with payment at the door, helping with the raffle, and bartending.

About Transformation Lab

Transformation lab is 8,400sq ft private training sport facility specializing in personal training, boxing training, speed & agility, and boot camp. The gym is owned by Michigan State alumni and All Big Ten Linebacker and former NY Jets Linebacker Taiwan Jones. Jones focuses more of his time giving back to the community through multiple charity events and mentorship for kids of homelessness and abuse. He also runs multiple fitness programs for children with special needs working with Kids on the Go. His mission is to give back to those who are less fortunate and to continue doing his part to support those in the community.
