SA Spartans support Haven for Hope

Project Description
This service project has multiple facets. Regardless of your time availability, age, physical limitations, and financial restraints, this event is perfect for everyone! Join us for Happy Hour, or stick around for dinner! We will be assembling 132 lunch bags and 48 birthday cake kits.
1) First, donors will have the opportunity to purchase the supplies we need. Total cost of these two projects is around $660. The club will bear the expense if we cannot get enough donors.
132 LUNCH BAGS REQUIRE;
- Water: Donated
- Gallon zipper bags: ~$15
- Vienna sausages: ~$95
- Fruit cups: ~$93
- Granola bars: ~$35
- Crackers: ~$57
- Chips: ~$65
48 BIRTHDAY SETS REQUIRE;
- Pan w/lid: ~$36
- Cake Mix: ~$93
- Cake frosting: ~$96
- Birthday cards: ~$25
- Can of Sprite: ~$50
Donations accepted two ways:
A. Order directly from our Amazon list and the donations will be shipped to Charlotte Minar to bring to the event

B. Make a Venmo donation to @satxmsu, last 4 of phone number 9697. Please be sure to indicate in the notes which item you are donating.

2) Second, board members will shop to ensure we have all the supplies we need.
- We're assembling lunch bags that will contain: Large slider gallon bag, bottled water, crackers, chips, canned sausage, fruit cups, and granola bars
- We're assembling birthday kits that will contain: One alumnimum pan, cake mix, cake frosting, can of Sprite, and a birthday card.
3) We'll meet at Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux (1400 Pantheon Way, SATX) to assemble the lunch bags and birthday kits.
4) You'll go home knowing you made a difference in our community.
5) We'll deliver the bags and kits to Haven For Hope
