Project Description
We will be going to the Food Bank for the Heartland to sort donated product, repackage fresh produce, and repackage bulk donated products.
Volunteers are encouraged to wear casual clothing (jeans, shorts, t-shirts) and are required to wear close-toed shoes. For safety purposes, open-toed shoes (including flip flops and sandals) are not allowed.
While the Volunteer Center is heated and cooled, it is a warehouse environment, and the Food Bank recommends dressing in layers.
