Project Description
Alumni club members, friends and neighbors will be collecting non-perishable foods at The Villages annual spring picnic on April 14. The picnic will be hosted at the pavilion at Spruce Creek Dell Web. Picnic activities will run 3:00-7:00PM including an auction to benefit the club scholarship fund. Details: No cost for members, $3.00 for guests Club to provide Chicken and plates, silverware, ice, etc BYOB and Pot Luck for the rest…. A-C Munchie D-J Dessert K-R Salad S-Z Side (vegetable or potato) Note this is an outdoor venue, no electricity for crock-pots, etc. The club would like to know who will be participating in the food drive, if you plan to bring an item, please sign up as a volunteer. If payment is due for attendance ($3 non-member charge), that may be paid on site to board member Nancy Gilbert. The Villages Spartans hope you will consider joining them for a fun event for a good cause.Community Partner -
